About me
Hi, I’m Jana — and I know what it’s like to run on empty.

From the outside, my life looked full: two young kids, a demanding part-time role, and running our boutique accommodation business here in Twizel. I was meeting deadlines, supporting guests, caring for my family… and holding it all together.

But inside, I was perpetually Wired & Tired — restless, overstimulated, living on coffee and sugar, and wondering why “trying harder” never made anything better.

Everything shifted when my body delivered a message I could no longer ignore: a sudden and debilitating thyroid crash.

It forced me to see that my exhaustion wasn’t a personal weakness — it was the predictable outcome of a system stretched beyond capacity. What I needed wasn’t more willpower, but a new structure that actually supported the life I was carrying.

This moment changed everything.
The Shift: From Geospatial Analyst to Resilience System Designer
Before coaching, I spent nearly 20 years as a Geospatial Analyst — mapping patterns, solving complex problems, and understanding how systems behave under pressure.

What I discovered during my own burnout was this:

The human nervous system behaves just like any other system — when key components are overloaded or unsupported, the whole structure begins to fail.

So I combined my analytical background with integrative health training to create a framework that helps high-achieving women rebuild their energy, boundaries, and rhythms in a way that feels gentle, sustainable, and deeply personalised.

Today, I help women move out of the guilt-and-overload cycle and into a life that feels calmer, steadier, and easier to carry.

My Approach: Structure Is a Form of Love
I don’t believe exhaustion is a motivation problem.
Or a mindset problem.
Or a sign you’re “not resilient enough.”

It’s a boundary and structure problem — and that is fixable.

My approach is grounded in compassion, nervous-system safety, and practical structure.
I help women create systems that feel caring, protective, and spacious — not rigid or restrictive.
My Training and Background:
My work sits at the intersection of integrative health coaching and geospatial analysis — combining physiological insight with a deep understanding of patterns, relationships, and how systems behave in real life.
Health & Physiological Foundations
Trained through the world’s leading integrative health institute, my work focuses on restoring the body’s core energy systems.

The Family & Career Resilience Blueprint: Two Core Phases
Phase 1: Core Energy Stabilisation
Before anything else, we restore your fuel tank — Sleep, gut–brain harmony, and hormonal balance. When energy is steady, life feels manageable again.
Phase 2: Structural Redesign
Once energy is restored, we create supportive boundaries and rhythms that protect your time, your attention, and your wellbeing. This is where life becomes calmer and more predictable.
Are you ready to welcome Sustainable Vitality and Structure into your Life?
Let’s begin with a conversation to explore what’s draining you and what you need next.
*This session is a gentle space for clarity — no pressure and no obligation.
